Jalapeno Lime

This sauce is bright and tangy with very strong citrus notes from the fresh, hand-squeezed limes we use.  Amazing on tacos, fish, and makes a great aioli when mixed with mayo or even sour cream! To make this super flavorful hot sauce, we optimize the ratio of peppers to vinegar, salt, and lime juice through Bayesian optimization. We use this optimization process when deciding ingredient amounts to ensure we make the best hot sauce we can. The ingredient amounts are optimized through AI, but the hot sauce is hand-made with care and attention to detail.
